Sunday, March 20^th, marked the first day of Spring, and what better way to celebrate the season than to throw a party. Hollywood Tans of Riverdale, owned by Dorraine Mardus, hosted the “Spring Fever Fashion Event” at Vibe Lounge.

Dorraine’s event went above and beyond everyone’s expectations. Kim D and Alina of POSCHE left us with one unbelievable fashion showcase for Spring. Rosa Fasolo, an up-and-coming recording artist, helped to loosen up the crowd. There was never a dull moment, as guests had the opportunity to check out a slew of interesting vendors including recent Raise Your Glass radio guest, The Sassy Shop Girl. www.thesassyshopgirl.com

The  beautiful and humble Kathy Wakile and Melissa Gorga, whom readers may watch on Bravo’s third season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” starting May 19^th, made there way out to spend the first day of Spring with myself, Robyn Polay, Kimmie, and our friends. The very “Not So Soccer Mom,” Jill Hickey came strutting her stuff, and brought along her family too! Kim provided me with someexclusive details on her upcoming Birthday Extravaganza, which will be held at Chakra in Paramus on April 12^th, and I can only tell you that you will be shocked with everything that she has in store for that night - It is well worth the $125…that’s all!

Overall, the night was a huge success, and Dorraine left everyone in attendance mesmerized and energized for Spring 2011! All of the proceeds benefited “Just Us Kids,” an invaluable resource for families with disabled or autistic children.
